Partnerships & Affiliate Programme Management

Lorna Ventures works two ways: brand-to-creator and brand-to-brand (B2B). We help brands collaborate where everyone wins — on shared values, aligned customer segments, and shared revenue — and we design, launch, and manage affiliate programmes end to end: commission architecture, partner and creator recruitment, platform setup and tracking, compliance, and monthly performance reporting. Current work includes managing the SEA affiliate programme for affordable-luxury fashion brand Chillosophy.

Brand–Creator Partnerships

Born from Tasha's own experience as a content creator, this division acts as a bridge between brands and creators — understanding how to serve both audiences. Currently running as a pilot project across select SEA markets, building toward campaign-ready creator programmes with sourcing, briefing, usage rights, and delivery QA handled end to end.
